Aufbau und Funktion

 

  1. A csavaranya teste (1) bele van csavarva a fő menetbe mint a hagyományos anyák – de nincs megszorítva.

  2. A csavaranya testében számos nyomócsavar (2a) nyomócsapokkal (2b) aegyütt megtalálható a fő menet körül egyenletesen elrendezve. Amikor a nyomócsavarokat meghúzzák, nekifeszítik a nyomócsapokat a megszorítandó résznek és a csavar megnyúlik. Az előfeszítési erő így tisztán axiális, ezért mentes lesz a káros torziótól vagy elhajlástól.

  3. Az edzett, egyesített alátét (3) megvédi a megfeszített részeket a nyomócsapok által kialakuló magas nyomású terhelésektől.
