Inside HEICO: Finite Element Simulation

The finite element simulation (FEM) method allows us to calculate loads or deformations and simulate them visually. We use this method in order to design HEICO products according to our customers' requirements. It shows at an early stage whether the geometry of the component can be implemented and ensures that it will withstand the later load requirements.

The tool sets required for production are then designed individually for the customer by HEICO's own toolmaking department in accordance with the defined requirements and loads.
