Durch eine intern durchgeführte Prozessoptimierung konnte die Korrosionsbeständigkeit der HEICO-LOCK® Keilsicherungsscheiben aus Edelstahl beträchtlich erhöht werden.

Im Salzsprühnebeltest nach DIN EN ISO 9227 überstehen die HEICOLOCK® Keilsicherungsscheiben aus Edelstahl mind. 1.200 Stunden.

Ein Korrosionsschnelltest im Rahmen der Wareneingangskontrolle sichert zudem vorab eine gleichbleibende, hohe Lieferqualität.

Für HEICO-LOCK® Keilsicherungsscheiben aus Stahl sind Beschichtungssysteme mit einer Korrosionsbeständigkeit von mind. 1.000 Stunden auf Anfrage erhältlich.
